Eastleigh Mela 2015 Onwards

MBE were delighted to be asked to take on the production management of the Eastleigh Mela.

We were responsible for the event management plan and emergency procedures, and organising the site access arrangements for the day. Also running the event from a safety, site management, and stewarding perspective.

We also managed the onsite power, brought in a stage, managed waste disposal, and provided production radios.
